Health Here in Troy, NY is seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor to lead weekend clinical care and oversee nursing teams in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. You will ensure safe, high-quality, patient-centered care for post-acute and long-term residents.

The role requires RN licensure and strong leadership, with responsibilities spanning care planning, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to improve resident outcomes.
