• Current California RN license and BLS certification.
• 3+ years nursing experience.
• 3–5 years in leadership/management role.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational, clinical, and administrative leadership for nursing programs.
• Partner in a dyad with Clinical Director on quality, workflow, and staffing decisions.
• Oversee staffing, workflow optimization, performance management, and resource utilization.
• Lead QA/QI initiatives and maintain regulatory readiness.
• Mentor and develop nursing staff.
