Avon Nursing Home, part of Hurlbut Care Communities, is seeking an RN Nurse Manager to lead a compassionate care team. You will oversee care plans, collaborate with physicians, and ensure accurate medical documentation within a supportive, patient-centered environment.

We offer a $3,000 sign-on for RN, a $250 monthly attendance bonus, shift differentials, and ongoing leadership luncheons. Weekly pay, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and supplemental insurance are included.

Qualifications

• Active NYS RN license with leadership capability.
• Familiarity with NYS DOH regulations and strong problem solving.
