MedCadre is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) House Supervisor to oversee nursing operations, support clinical staff, and ensure safe, efficient patient care across the healthcare setting.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, staff coordination, and rapid clinical decision-making. You will collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to maintain high standards of patient safety and quality care while meeting regulatory requirements and documentation needs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active Registered Nurse license as required by state regulations.
• Current BLS; ACLS preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and clinical assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff and coordinate daily operations.
• Assist with staffing, patient assignments, and unit coverage.
• Monitor patient care and respond to emergencies.
• Provide clinical guidance to nurses and staff.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Address patient and staff concerns and help resolve issues.
• Ensure patient safety and infection control compliance.
• Complete clinical and administrative documentation.
