Job summary

MedCadre is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) / RN Supervisor to provide clinical leadership, oversee nursing operations, and ensure high‑quality patient care and regulatory compliance. Qualifications

• BSN preferred.
• Current RN license required in the applicable state.
• Previous nursing leadership or supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff and coordinate daily clinical operations.
• Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Monitor patient care, staffing, documentation, and clinical outcomes.
• Support staff development, training, performance management, and competency assessments.
• Collaborate with physicians, leadership, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
