Job summary

INTEGRIS Health Southwest Medical Center in Oklahoma City, OK is seeking a dedicated Staff Registered Nurse for the Cath Lab on day shift, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., full-time. You will deliver and document patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include assessments, care planning, interventions, evaluations, and mentoring other staff. Oklahoma RN licensure or compact license is required; BLS is required; Ostomy certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license in OK or current multistate license from an eNLC member state
• BLS issued by ARC or AHA within 30 days of hire
• Ostomy Certification preferred; other certifications may be required by service line

• Development of the plan of care
• Implementation of appropriate patient care interventions
• Evaluation of appropriate patient care interventions
• Supervises and coordinates other licensed and non-licensed personnel in the provision of care to patients as assigned

Responsibilities

The Staff Registered Nurse's management of the delivery and documentation of patient care includes, but is not limited to:

• Assessment/re-assessments
• Development of the plan of care
• Implementation of appropriate patient care interventions
• Evaluation of appropriate patient care interventions
• Supervises and coordinates other licensed and non-licensed personnel in the provision of care to patients as assigned
• Provides guidance and mentorship to non-licensed personnel and students, as appropriate

The Staff Registered Nurse reports to the appropriate manager, director, or vice president.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS:

• RN (Registered Nurse) Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Oklahoma or current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state
• BLS (Basic Life Support) Issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 30 days of hire - Hospice Only: Current CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) Issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association required in lieu of BLS
• Ostomy Certification preferred. Other certifications and competencies required based on service line skill
