Job summary

You will coordinate learning activities, develop reports, and assist with the Learning System updates to meet care standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• BLS certification within 30 days (AHA).
• NPD-BC certification within 2 years (ANCC).
• RN license in Illinois (IDFPR).

Responsibilities

• Assist with orientation and onboarding for staff.
• Support competency management and education initiatives.
• Coordinate education activities to promote best practices.
• Develop reports on staff participation/completion of tests.
• Provide consultation to influence education plans.
• Mentor unit/department educators and support staff development.
• Assist with Learning System development, implementation, and annual updates.
• Oversee training of new staff and ensure regulatory compliance.
