United Church Homes seeks an Assistant Director of Nursing (RN) in Beavercreek, OH. This full-time role oversees staff education, evaluations, HR management, and medical records systems, while ensuring quality resident care and compliance with policies.

The ADON supports the Director of Nursing, conducts assessments, and guides nursing staff through continuous education. The position requires an RN license, 3–5 years supervisory experience, and strong interpersonal and computer skills.

Formación

• RN license required and maintained.
• Three to five years of supervisory experience.
• Proficient computer skills and use of EMR systems.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees staff education, evaluations and HR management.
• Conducts pre-admission assessments and daily EMR audits.
• Ensures nursing competencies and quality resident care.
• Attends QA meetings and coordinates with hospital partners.
• Interviews and orients new hires and conducts performance appraisals.
• Manages staffing schedules and ensures proper coverage.
