The position requires RN licensure with Ohio registration, plus 3–5 years supervisory nursing experience. You will collaborate with the director, participate in rounds, and help manage admissions, scheduling, and quality

Qualifications

• RN license required and current Ohio registration.
• Associate degree in nursing required.
• Proficient computer and EMR skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff education, evaluations, and HR management.
• Conduct rounds with doctor and nurse practitioner weekly.
• Ensure STNA competencies and supervise nursing staff.
• Complete daily audits of electronic medical records.
• Assist with admissions, scheduling, and staffing.
