Job summary

Sterling Care Riverside is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor for weekend coverage (7am-11pm) to oversee nursing units and ensure quality care under nursing management policies. Responsibilities include medication administration, documentation of care, and coordinating resident schedules.

The ideal candidate holds an MD-licensed RN with at least 5 years of RN experience; management experience and LTC/SNF exposure are preferred.

Qualifications

• RN License in MD
• 5 years RN experience
• RN Supervisor /Management Experience Preferred
• LTC/SNF Experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing units and ensure quality care within policies and parameters defined by nursing management.
• Administer medications.
• Document residents' care.
• Oversee resident care and implement schedules per residents.
