Job summary

NIXA NURSING & REHAB in Nixa, MO is seeking an RN Nurse Supervisor to join our team. This role is a rotating weekend position with the option for additional hours throughout the week.

You will direct and supervise resident care plans, coordinate services, supervise staff, and ensure safety, infection control, and documentation across units to maintain a high-quality, homelike environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program and licensed RN.
• Experience directing and supervising resident care plans.
• Ability to coordinate services and supervise staff effectively.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise implementation of resident care plans and infection control measures.
• Coordinate services on units to create a comfortable, homelike atmosphere.
• Regular nursing unit rounds and supervision of staff performance and documentation.
• Ensure staff follow facility policies, communicate with providers, and document incidents correctly.
• Assist in staffing discussions and provide education and task management as needed.
• Prepare and administer performance reviews for shift staff with unit managers.
