NIXA NURSING & REHAB in Nixa, Missouri is seeking an RN Nurse Supervisor to join our team. The role offers a rotating weekend schedule (every other weekend) with the potential for additional hours during the week.

Responsibilities include directing and supervising resident care plans, coordinating services on units, and ensuring documentation and safety compliance. Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program and hold an RN license.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Must be licensed RN in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise care plan implementation, ensuring safety devices use, positioning, toileting and infection control.
• Coordinate and supervise services on assigned units to create a home-like atmosphere for residents.
• Conduct regular rounds on nursing units.
• Ensure residents are treated with dignity and staff follow facility policies.
