Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise professional and non-professional staff; assign shifts and priorities.
• Prepare and review medical records and nursing notes; assess residents.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges; transcribe orders.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and policies.
• Promote residents' rights and individualized care plans.
• Support in-service training and ongoing staff development.
• Monitor safety, infection control, and cleanliness of areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
