Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Five years' experience in human services with at least 2 years supervisory experience.
• RN or LPN licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise other Nurses on the team.
• Conduct regular supervision and document supervision per BHN policies.
• Oversee all medication plans and MAP compliance.
• Coordinate medical assessments and psychiatric treatment with medical teams.
• Maintain shift logs and ensure oncoming staff continuity.
• Provide safe transport for medical appointments as needed.
• Maintain health records and vaccines coordination.
• Attend trainings and keep required certifications up to date.
