Job summary
Huntington Health & Rehab Center is seeking a Nurse Supervisor (RN preferred; LPN with experience considered) to lead skilled nursing care. The role emphasizes resident-centered care, teamwork, and staff mentorship within a compassionate facility.

Qualifications
- Active state RN license
- CPR/BLS Certification
- Experience in Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing preferred
- Excellent technical, assessment and documentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 25+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to meet resident needs per standards and policies
- Plan nursing interventions per resident needs and monitor implementation
- Evaluate care effectiveness, identify problems, and adapt interventions
- Educate families and residents
- Administer medications and treatments timely per policy
- Transcribe orders and document progress accurately
- Identify changes in condition and report to supervisor/physician/family
- Manage skin changes and follow skin protocols
- Coordinate rehab program with therapists
- Ensure CNA documentation and assignments are completed
