Saber-Healthcare-Group seeks a compassionate RN for a nursing leadership role in a skilled nursing facility. You will assess residents, develop care plans, administer and supervise nursing care, and ensure quality standards.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of work.
• Current CPR certification and ability to communicate in English.

• Assess residents’ needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer nursing care and evaluate nursing outcomes.
• Supervise nursing assistants and other personnel following standards and policies.
