Jobot is seeking an experienced Health Services Administrator (RN background) in Southern GA for a full-time, day-shift role. Immediate hire and quick interview process are highlighted, with responsibilities spanning financial, clinical and administrative HR systems, and backup coverage for RN/LPN staff.

The ideal candidate will have a BSN or ADN, prior leadership experience, and strong interpersonal, analytical, and decision-making skills to lead quality patient care in a primary care setting.

Qualifications

• RN background required.
• BSN or ADN degree required.
• Previous leadership experience.
• Day shift, 8-hour shifts.
• Experience in ER, PC, Acute Care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial, clinical, and administrative HR systems.
• Cover RN and LPN staff backup for DON.
• Lead patient care quality and staff development.
• Implement quick interview processes and onboarding.
