Elim Wellspring, a Cassia community, is seeking an experienced RN Nurse Supervisor to oversee clinical care and supervise nursing staff. The role includes coordinating resident care, ensuring regulatory compliance, and communicating changes to physicians and families.

The position is part-time (0.6) with weeknights and alternating weekends, offering a $5,000 bonus and competitive benefits. Shifts run 10:45 PM to 7:15 AM at 701 First St., Princeton, MN 55371.

Qualifications

• Current MN Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Long term care experience required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and MS Outlook.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, oversee, and provide resident-related care.
• Manage and assign tasks to nursing staff on the unit.
• Work with the DON to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Notify Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and take follow up action as necessary.
• Monitor in-house transfers, transfers to other facilities, and discharge planning.
• Document and maintain paperwork, referral records, and reports.
• Display a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
• Step in to support the nursing floor and provide direct patient care when needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
