The position is full-time with nights (7:00 PM–7:00 AM) in Assisted Living or Memory Care, offering a $10,000 sign-on bonus and strong benefits, including tuition assistance to advance from LPN to RN and student loan repayment

Qualifications

• Current Minnesota LPN license in good standing.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems effectively.
• Passion for providing quality nursing care to older adults.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and evaluates resident care plans.
• Administers and monitors medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Supervises TMAs and Nursing Aides.
• Maintains respectful, professional interactions with residents, families, and staff.
• Documents care using electronic charting systems.
