Elim Wellspring, a Cassia community, is hiring an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as an RN Nurse Supervisor. Join our mission-driven team and help deliver compassionate care to residents and families.

As an RN Nurse Supervisor, you will oversee clinical care, supervise nursing staff, and collaborate with the DON to meet regulatory standards. This part-time role requires strong multitasking and client-service skills.

Qualifications

• Current MN Registered Nurse license required.
• Long term care experience required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and MS Outlook.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, oversee, and provide resident-related care.
• Manage and assign tasks to nursing staff on the unit.
• Work with the DON to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Notify Clinical Manager and physicians of changes in resident condition.
• Monitor transfers, discharges, and follow-up actions.
• Document and maintain paperwork and reports.
• Provide courteous care to residents, families, and staff.
• Step in to support the nursing floor and provide direct patient care when needed.

As an RNNurse Supervisorat Elim Wellspring, you will supervisethe clinical care of residents by assigning different tasks to nurses within the department.Our ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at multitasking, and has excellent customer service skills.

Position Type:Part-Time,0.6 Weeknights and every other weekend
Shifts Available:
10:45 PM - 7:15 AM
Wage Range:$36.41 - $40.21 /hour depending on experience
Shift Differential:$5
Bonus:$5,000

RN Nurse Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Work to coordinate, oversee, and provide resident-related care.
• Manage and assign tasks to nursing staff on the assigned unit.
• Work with the DON to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Notify Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary.
• Monitor in-house transfers, transfers to other facilities, and discharge planning.
• Document and maintain paperwork, referral records, and reports.
• Display a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
• Step in to support the nursing floor and provide direct patient care when needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

RN Nurse Supervisor Qualifications:

• Current MN Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Long term care experience required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and MS Outlook.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
