Elim Wellspring, a Cassia community in Princeton, MN, is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) to deliver compassionate care to residents in assisted living or memory care settings.

You will administer medications, develop and evaluate care plans, and collaborate with a dedicated team to achieve the best outcomes. A Minnesota LPN license is required; a $10,000 bonus and tuition assistance are offered.

Qualifications

• Current Minnesota LPN license in good standing.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems effectively.
• Passion for providing quality nursing care to older adults.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and evaluates resident care plans.
• Recognizes and manages common geriatric conditions.
• Supervises TMAs and Nursing Aides.
• Maintains respectful, professional interactions with residents, families, and staff.
• Administers and monitors medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Manages medication and supply inventory according to policy.
• Documents care using electronic charting systems.
• Communicates significant changes in resident condition to appropriate parties.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
