Job summary

Ventura Services Florida is seeking an RN supervisor for the 3pm-11pm shift to oversee direct resident care and ensure high-quality nursing services within a skilled nursing environment.

In this role, you will manage nursing staff, coordinate with physicians and hospitals as needed, and ensure the shift delivers safe, compassionate care. You will handle scheduling, attendance, and disciplinary actions when required to maintain excellent resident experiences.

Job description

Shift: 3pm-11pm

The RN participtaes in direct care and services provided to the residents and is responsible for the quality of nursing care and manaegment of nursing staff during their assigned shifts.

Manage all nurses and CNA's, promote good communication between staff, residents, physicians and hospitals as needed throughout the shifts. Ensure proper care is being received, professionalism is being adhered to and lead by example. Manage schedule, call off and shift needs.

Responsible for disciplinary action at times if needed, hold staff accountable for good performance to ensure an excellent caring experience for the residents in a skilled nursing environment.
