Lotus Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Orlando, FL is seeking a registered nurse to participate in direct resident care during the 3pm-11pm shift. The RN will oversee nursing staff and coordinate care with physicians and hospitals to maintain high-quality service.

Responsibilities include supervising all nurses and CNAs, ensuring proper care, promoting professional communication, leading by example, managing schedules, and addressing call-offs and shift needs.

Shift: 3pm-11pm

The RN participtaes in direct care and services provided to the residents and is responsible for the quality of nursing care and manaegment of nursing staff during their assigned shifts.

Manage all nurses and CNA's, promote good communication between staff, residents, physicians and hospitals as needed throughout the shifts. Ensure proper care is being received, professionalism is being adhered to and lead by example. Manage schedule, call off and shift needs.

Responsible for disciplinary action at times if needed, hold staff accountable for good performance to ensure an excellent caring experience for the residents in a skilled nursing environment.
