Job summary

Elim Wellspring, a Cassia community in Princeton, MN, is hiring an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join as an RN Nurse Supervisor. You will oversee clinical care and supervise nursing staff on the unit, ensuring compliance and high-quality resident care.

This part-time, 0.4 FTE position offers night shifts from 10:45 PM to 7:15 AM with wage range $36.41-$40.21 per hour and a $5 shift differential. Cassia benefits include health coverage, PTO, and mentoring programs.

Qualifications

• Current MN Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Long-term care experience required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and MS Outlook.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Work to coordinate, oversee, and provide resident-related care.
• Manage and assign tasks to nursing staff on the assigned unit.
• Work with the DON to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Notify Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary.
• Monitor in-house transfers, transfers to other facilities, and discharge planning.
• Document and maintain paperwork, referral records, and reports.
• Display a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
• Step in to support the nursing floor and provide direct patient care when needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

As an RN Nurse Supervisor at Elim Wellspring, you will supervise the clinical care of residents by assigning different tasks to nurses within the department. Our ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at multitasking, and has excellent customer service skills.

Position Type: Part-Time, 0.4 FTE weeknights only with availability to pick up more shifts PRN. Rotating schedule. Shifts Available: 10:45 PM - 7:15 AM. Wage Range: $36.41 - $40.21 /hour depending on experience. Shift Differential: $5. Location: 701 First St., Princeton, MN 55371.
