Job summary

Tower Health's Phoenixville Hospital in Phoenixville, PA, is seeking an experienced Nursing Supervisor to lead patient care operations on all shifts. The role requires strong clinical leadership and the ability to coordinate care across departments, with a schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

The ideal candidate will have a BSN or MSN (preferred), 3+ years in acute care and a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role, plus BLS and ACLS certification.

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
• BSN or MSN, Preferred.
• Minimum 1 year Supervisory or Charge Nurse in Acute Care, Required.
• Minimum 3-years Acute Care Experience, Required.
• BLS Certification.
• PA Registered Nurse License.
• ACLS.
