Trustbridge, part of Empath Health, is seeking a Recent Grad RN to join a 12-month Nurse Residency program in Boca Raton, FL. The role involves hospice care, a 40-hour week, and rotations across hospice teams. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

Required: Florida RN license (or multi-state compact), ASN/BSN, CPR certification, and willingness to travel within service areas. No prior hospice experience required.

Exam fees are covered by Empath Health.* Schedule: 40 hours per week.
