Job summary

Mercy is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care within the medical practice, supporting physicians and completing related clinical documentation. The role requires nursing licensure, CPR certification, and the ability to work within Mercy's caring and values-driven environment.

The RN will participate in assessments, treatments, and education, while maintaining professional communication with patients and staff.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Knowledge of nursing principles, patient care, examination, diagnostic and treatment procedures.
• Knowledge of medications, patient education, and self-care plan development.
• Familiarity with instruments and general safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians and support care across clinical procedures.
• Provide compassionate, professional patient interactions.
• React calmly and effectively in emergency situations.
• Interpret and apply guidelines and policies to daily practice.
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, staff and the public.
• Operate clinic equipment and maintain clinical data in the system.
