Cynet Health seeks an RN - Nurse Navigator to support pediatric GI and pulmonary patients in a 13-week assignment. The role emphasizes phone triage, in-basket messages, and coordination without in-person visits for patients up to 18 years old.

The position requires a Registered Nurse with BLS certification and at least 2 years of clinic experience, preferably in pediatrics, GI, or pulmonary, and involves collaboration with other RN Navigators using EMR systems.

Description:The RN - Nurse Navigator position involves managing phone triage and in-basket communications.This role does not include in-person patient interactions.The position will focus on children and adolescents up to 18 years old with GI and Pulmonary subspecialties.Common GI diagnoses include constipation, reflux, hyperemesis, EOE, IBD, Crohn's disease, celiac disease, and blood in stool.Common pulmonary diagnoses include asthma, bronchiolitis, use of vents/trachs, and cystic fibrosis.The role requires collaboration with other RN Navigators.Technological skills in EMR systems are preferred.Unit specific equipment includes vital sign and EKG machines utilized by healthcare staff.This position does not involve floating to other units.
