Qualifications

• Must have phone triage experience for pediatric patients with GI and pulmonary diagnoses
• In-basket management for established patients
• Ability to handle medication refills and paperwork requests
• Minimum 2 years clinic experience preferred in Pediatrics, GI, and/or Pulmonary
• BLS certification required

Responsibilities

• Manage phone triage and in-basket communications for pediatric patients up to 18 years old
• Role does not include in-person patient interactions
• Collaborate with other RN Navigators
• Utilize EMR systems and unit equipment as needed
• No floating to other units
