Job summary

Nazareth Home is seeking a Nurse Manager - RN for the Rehab Unit at our Highlands campus. You will supervise nursing care, coordinate training, and work closely with the unit manager and the director of nursing to ensure high‑quality patient care in a long‑term care setting.

The role requires Kentucky RN licensure, an accredited nursing degree, and current BLS CPR certification. Prior charge nurse experience in LTC is preferred, with a salaried, full‑time schedule and on‑site work.

Qualifications

• RN licensed by Kentucky Board of Nursing.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current BLS CPR certification.
• Minimum 1 year as charge nurse in LTC, preferred.
• IV Therapy course preferred.
• RN license and CPR (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide quality nursing care in the Rehab unit.
• Coordinate nursing and staff training programs.
• Support the unit manager and director of nursing.
• Monitor nursing practice quality and problem‑solving.
