Job summary

Nazareth Home is seeking a Nurse Manager - RN (Registered Nurse) for the Rehab Unit at our Highlands campus. The role involves supervising and providing quality nursing care in the Rehab unit, closely working with the unit manager and the director of nursing.

Qualifications include an active Kentucky RN license, nursing degree, and current BLS. Prior charge-nurse LTC experience and IV therapy training are preferred. Full-time salaried position with on-site work hours.

Qualifications

• RN license issued by the Kentucky Board of Nursing.
• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
• Current BLS CPR certification (BLS).
• One year minimum of experience as a charge nurse in a Long Term Care setting, preferred.
• IV Therapy course, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide quality nursing care in Rehab unit.
• Coordinate nursing and training programs.
• Maintain quality and adequacy of nursing practice; coordinate supervisory activities.
• Assist in solving professional, administrative and supervisory problems.
• Collaborate with unit manager and the director of nursing.
