Qualifications

• RN license in Florida required

Responsibilities

• Perform and document initial and ongoing patient assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Administer medications accurately and monitor responses.
• Supervise nursing personnel to ensure safe, quality care.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and medications.
• Assist physicians with bedside procedures and prepare patients for tests and surgeries.
• Monitor labs and report abnormal results to the team.
• Provide emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients and families.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and comply with infection control policies.
