You will collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team, complete the nursing process, and provide compassionate support to patients and families.

Wound/treatment experience is a plus. The role offers a competitive pay range ($98,000–$105,000) and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, a 401k match,

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• Wound/treatment experience preferred.
• Strong clinical skills, bedside manner, and infection control knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Promoting and restoring patients' health by completing the nursing process and collaborating with the care team.
• Identifying patient care requirements by establishing personal rapport with patients and their support systems.
• Establishing a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients and their families.
• Promoting patient independence by setting patient care goals and educating patients and families about conditions, medications, and self-care.
• Addressing questions and concerns and ensuring adherence to therapeutic standards.
• Measuring health outcomes against patient care goals and making necessary adjustments.
• Resolving patient problems and needs using multidisciplinary team strategies.
• Maintaining a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Protecting patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and medication administration protocols.
• Other duties as assigned
