Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides overall leadership and oversight of the nursing department to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Accountable for clinical outcomes, including prevention and management of falls, pressure injuries, infections, and hospital readmissions.
• Ensures physicians and clinical providers conduct visits as required and that care is delivered in accordance with resident needs.
• Conducts regular rounds to monitor resident care, staff performance, and overall environment of care.
• Oversees documentation practices to ensure accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance of resident records.
