BAYADA Home Health Care in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager (RN) to lead our new habilitation office. You will oversee care plans, supervise habilitation staff, and drive quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with ability to lead and supervise.
• Experience in home health or habilitation preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration with clients and care teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
• Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.
• Supervise the habilitation tech staff in the field.
• Facilitate new hire orientation.
• Conduct competencies on new and tenured staff.
• Collaborate with the client, family, Case Managers, Hab Techs and other teams to implement and evaluate client care needs and individual goals identified in the Person Centered/Individual Support Plan.
• Make regular client visits to evaluate progress and ensure services meet the plan and definitions.
• Evaluate progress of goals identified in the plan.
• Maintain ongoing communication with Case Managers/Care Coordinators.
• Carry out supervision of Habilitation Technicians according to policy and state regulations.

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the position of Clinical Nurse Manager for our brand new Fayetteville,NC Habilitation office. This office provides best in class care to clients of all ages throughout Fayetteville area.

As a Clinical Manager your day may look like this!

• Carry out supervision of Habilitation Technicians according to policy and procedure and as mandated by state regulation
