Qualifications

• Active RN license in the United States.
• Minimum 2 years in behavioral health or 5 years in supervisory roles.
• BLS certification current or able to obtain during orientation.
• Phlebotomy skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake assessments through interviews with patients and relatives to gather case history.
• Provide individualized care by conducting comprehensive patient assessments and developing tailored care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments according to protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and case managers to coordinate holistic patient care.
• Educate patients and families on mental health disorders, addiction, and need for treatment.
• Monitor patient progress and maintain confidential documentation.
• Foster a safe and inclusive environment respecting dignity and diversity.
