Adecco US, Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Manager in Avondale, AZ. This full-time, permanent role offers clinical leadership over nursing and patient care services in a behavioral health setting, with collaboration across providers and multidisciplinary teams.

The position requires an RN with at least two years of related experience, Arizona license, and strong leadership. Excellent benefits and a competitive salary are provided.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum two years RN experience with behavioral health exposure.
• At least one year in charge/lead or nursing management roles preferred.
• Arizona RN license or applicable compact license.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership for nursing and medical care across the facility.
• Oversee daily nursing operations and long-term clinical planning.
• Coach and develop nursing staff and collaborate with clinical teams.
• Ensure provider orders and care standards are followed.
• Support patient and family needs and review clinical events.
• Oversee medication use and lab orders; identify training needs.
• Recommend policy and process changes to senior leadership.
• Promote patient safety, quality care, and teamwork.
