Job summary

Ventura Services Florida in Orlando is seeking an RN shift supervisor to oversee nursing staff during MON-FRI 11pm-7am and/or SAT/SUN 7pm-7am shifts, full or part time. You will participate in direct resident care and ensure high-quality nursing services while guiding CNAs and licensed nurses.

The role emphasizes leading by example, coordinating care with physicians and hospitals, and managing schedules, disciplinary actions, and shift coverage as needed.
