Lead clinical operations on your unit, mentor staff, ensure accurate care planning, and conduct frequent rounds to meet resident needs; coordinate with the Director of Nursing on quality and compliance.

Requirements include NYS RN license, CPR, Accu-Chek and IV Therapy certs, 3+ years nursing experience (1+ year in long-term or sub-acute care).

Responsibilities
