Auburn-Rehabilitation- is seeking a dedicated RN for a full-time, long-term care role featuring premium pay, a $12,500 sign-on bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package. Location is confidential, with licensing requirements and supervisory opportunities to advance clinical leadership.

The position requires a NYS RN license, CPR, and certification in Accu-Chek and IV therapy, plus CEU compliance. Minimum 3 years nursing experience and at least 1 year in long-term or sub-acute care are expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate clinical operations on assigned unit or shift.
• Support and guide staff with clinical decisions and delegation.
• Ensure thorough assessment and care planning for residents.
• Conduct frequent rounds to ensure care standards and resident needs are met.
• Monitor and follow up on nursing documentation and performance.
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing on quality and compliance issues.
• Promote interdepartmental cooperation to maintain seamless resident care.
• Conduct regular team meetings to identify and resolve issues.
• Enforce policies fairly and equitably, without bias or discrimination.

Requirements:

Education:

Experience:
