Job summary

Valle Vista Health System in Greenwood, IN is seeking an RN Nurse Manager to lead our nursing department, ensuring high quality patient care and regulatory compliance. You will supervise staff, recruit and develop talent, and plan workforce needs.

You will direct work and appraise performance, recognize achievements, investigate complaints, and partner with senior leadership to resolve problems and pursue continuous performance improvement across units.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice nursing in Indiana (or eligible).
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• 3–5 years of experience in psychiatric nursing with at least 2 years in management.
• BSN strongly preferred; ASN required.

Qualifications

Nurse Manager (RN) Job Requirements:

• Current license to practice nursing in IN (or eligible to receive or renew).
• Current CPR or BLS certification
• Three to five years of experience in psychiatric nursing with a minimum of two years of management experience
• Associate of Science in Nursing from a CCNE accredited nursing program required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing is strongly preferred
• Work hours: 11:00 am to 7:30 pm
