Valle Vista Health System in Greenwood, IN, is seeking an RN Nurse Manager to lead and direct our nursing team, ensuring high-quality patient care under hospital policies and applicable laws. You will recruit, develop, and assess staff, collaborate with senior leadership, and drive performance improvement initiatives.

The role requires IN licensure, CPR/BLS, and 3–5 years psychiatric nursing with at least 2 years in management, with hours 11:00 am–7:30 pm and a BSN preferred.

Qualifications

Nurse Manager (RN) Job Requirements

• Current license to practice nursing in IN (or eligible to receive or renew).
• Current CPR or BLS certification
• Three to five years of experience in psychiatric nursing with a minimum of two years of management experience
• Associate of Science in Nursing from a CCNE accredited nursing program required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing is strongly preferred
• Work hours: 11:00 am to 7:30 pm
