AbleLight is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide medical oversight for individuals we support in the Mission Viejo area. This role emphasizes advocacy, health education, and coordination of care to maximize health, independence, and overall well-being.

Responsibilities include clinical consultation, in-person care, 24/7 on-call support, meticulous documentation, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team while complying with state and federal regulations.

Formación

• Graduate of an approved RN program with active license.
• Experience in case management, home health, or developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Willingness to obtain CPR certification and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clinical consultation for complex medical/behavioral cases.
• Deliver in-person nursing care and triage medical concerns.
• Document health data and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate with the interdisciplinary team and family/guardians.
• Participate in on-call rotation and staff training.
