Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking an RN Lead to provide unit-based leadership and collaborate with the Nurse Manager, physicians, and staff to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

The role requires RN licensure in the state and a Bachelor’s degree in nursing, with Master’s preferred. Supervisory experience is required, and CPR/BLS certification is preferred. You will work in a fast-paced hospital setting focused on safety and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in nursing required
• Master's Degree preferred
• Five years of nursing/technical experience preferred
• Supervisory experience required
• RN licensure required
• CPR/BLS certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Provides unit-based leadership in the development and provision of clinical services.
• Fosters an environment of patient- and family-centered care with attention to cultural diversity and personal needs.
• Ensures compliance with Patient Safety Goals and Quality Measures through unit management and PI team participation.
• Assesses the staffing requirements of the unit on an ongoing basis.
• Works with facility services to ensure department and equipment are maintained in a safe state.
