Talented Medical Solutions is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a Medical Surgical unit. You will deliver coordinated nursing care according to standards and use the nursing process, supervising staff and coordinating with other disciplines.

Requirements include RN licensure in the state, CPR/BLS, ACLS, and a BSN preferred with acute care experience. This role emphasizes critical thinking, independence, and patient safety in a busy clinical setting.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in the state of practice required.
• BLS/CPR certification required (per AH policy).
• AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS required.
• AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS required.
• BSN preferred; acute care facility experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Collect relevant data pertinent to the patient's health or situation.
• Analyze the assessment data in determining diagnosis and care issues.
• Develop a plan that prescribes interventions to attain outcomes.
• Implements the plan, coordinates care delivery, and employs strategies to promote health and a safe environment.
• Evaluates progress toward attaining outcomes.
• Identifies outcomes for the patient or the patient's situation.
