Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a Registered Nurse to manage a nursing unit in a long-term care setting. The role oversees clinical operations, staffing, and performance management, ensuring care aligns with physician orders and facility policy. The RN serves as a clinical resource and ensures survey readiness.

Applicants should hold RN licensure in the state and have prior Unit Manager/ADON/DON experience in long-term care. BLS certification is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing is required.
• Previous Unit Manager, ADON or DON experience in a long-term care setting is required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily clinical operations and resident care on the assigned unit.
• Supervise, orient, schedule and evaluate the performance of unit nursing staff.
• Review care plans, assessments and documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Serve as a clinical resource and escalation point for nursing staff, residents and families.
• Ensure the unit remains appropriately staffed, covering shifts and on-call periods as needed.
• Support survey readiness, quality improvement initiatives and facility policy implementation.
