Intersect HealthCare in Michigan is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality patient care within our facility. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care in collaboration with the healthcare team, while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Formación

• Valid RN license in the state of practice.
• Knowledge of family planning.
• Experience in medical documentation and catheterization procedures.
• Familiarity with nursing home settings.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by the physician.
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and reactions to treatments promptly and accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to develop individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, treatment options, and post-hospital care.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
