Delmar Gardens of Smyrna is seeking a registered nurse to serve as Nurse Educator/Staff Development, overseeing education, in-services, and training across nursing and all departments of the skilled facility.

The ideal candidate holds a Georgia RN license, has at least two years of RN experience and at least one year in long-term care; teaching experience is preferred and CPR Instructor certification plus CNA instructor approval are a plus. The facility offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• RN license in Georgia required.
• Minimum 2 years RN experience.
• Minimum 1 year in long-term care preferred.
• Teaching/instructional experience preferred.
