Job summary

Delmar Gardens South in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Registered Nurse Education/Staff Development specialist to oversee and conduct education, in-services, and training for staff across departments in our skilled facility.

The ideal candidate will be Missouri-licensed RN with CNA instructor certification, at least two years RN experience including long-term care, and teaching experience is preferred. This role offers competitive salary and comprehensive benefits, including premier health insurance

• Must be RN licensed by the State of Missouri.
• Certification and approval as a Certified Nurse Aide instructor.
• Have at least two (2) years of RN experience.
• At least one (1) year of experience in long-term care.
