Job summary

Delmar Gardens South in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to lead Nurse Education/Staff Development, overseeing education, in-services and training for our nursing and all other departments in our skilled facility.

The ideal candidate will hold a Missouri RN license, instructor certification, and have at least two years of RN experience, including long-term care, with teaching experience preferred. We offer competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be RN licensed by the State of Missouri.
• Certification and approval as a Certified Nurse Aide instructor.
• Have at least two (2) years of RN experience.
• At least one (1) year of experience in long-term care.

• Develop and deliver training across departments in the facility.
• Support staff development programs and maintain educational records.
